Two TB-500 listings are covered on this site: Peptide God's TB-500 at $35.00 (US dollars) and Real Peptides' TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4) at $48.00 for a stated 10 mg vial. For a UK reader searching for TB-500 UK options, both come from US vendors, both price in dollars, and neither has confirmed UK delivery in the data we hold.
TB-500 is usually bought alongside BPC-157, which is why it sits on a BPC-157 site. It is a different compound, though, with its own evidence and its own regulatory history, and we treat it separately here.
TB-500 is a synthetic fragment related to thymosin beta-4, a naturally occurring protein. Research on it has focused on tissue repair in animal models, and human data is limited.
The confusion lies here that is not BPC-157. Real Peptides clarifies it on its listing too that TB-500 is “a different peptide”. The two compounds are often associated because they are used in similar models of repair and no proven human studies exist to prove their combination.
TB-500 is not a licensed pharmaceutical in the UK, nor has it been granted the approval of the FDA. The sellers label it for research purposes only. There is no medical consultation that comes with the items neither is there a patient leaflet nor an endorsed dosage and neither has it been approved by regulators for its safety.
The two single TB-500 listings differ by $13.00 at headline price, but only one states its vial size.
| Product | Vendor | Stated size | Price (USD) | Per mg |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| TB-500 | Peptide God | Not stated in our data | $35.00 | Check size |
| TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4) | Real Peptides | 10 mg | $48.00 | $4.80 |
Before treating the Peptide God listing as cheaper, check its vial size on the product page. Peptide God describes its TB-500 as lab-tested at 99% purity or higher; Real Peptides says it publishes a third-party COA for each batch. Our COA guide applies to TB-500 just as it does to BPC-157. Real Peptides lists "research use only" among the drawbacks of its own TB-500, which is a fair summary of where the product stands.
It might be more affordable to buy the two peptides in a combo package rather than buying the two vials separately. The stack of Wolverine Peptides from Real Peptides has a price tag of $40.80 for a combined 10 mg of TB-500 and 10 mg of BPC-157, cheaper than the $48.00 Standalone price tag of TB-500 alone.
Peptide God sells a BPC-157 + TB-500 Blend at $59.95 as one fixed-ratio vial. The blend ratio is set by the vial, which the vendor itself lists as a drawback. We compare these combinations on our BPC-157 and TB-500 stack page.
TB-500 sits in much the same place as BPC-157. In the UK it is unlicensed, and under the Human Medicines Regulations 2012 any seller promoting it to treat injury risks being treated as selling an unlicensed medicine.
In the US, the FDA placed TB-500 in "Category 2" of its interim bulk-substances lists in September 2023. On 23 July 2026 the FDA's Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee voted 8-6, with one abstention, to recommend adding it to the 503A bulks list. That vote is non-binding, and as of the meeting compounding was not permitted. We set out the wider picture on our BPC-157 UK status page.
TB-500, as thymosin beta-4 and its fragments, is on the WADA Prohibited List. UK Anti-Doping applies that list to UK athletes, so anyone in tested sport should not use it.
A frequent error is to think that a label saying "research only" exempts a product from anti-doping regulations. This is incorrect. The list applies to the substance regardless of how it is packaged and works for TB-500 bought alone or together with other products.
The practical checks for TB-500 are the same as for any US research peptide. I would run through these before paying:
Because human data on TB-500 is limited, there is no reliable safety profile for people. If you have an injury or a health question, speak to your GP or pharmacist.
Discounts shown are real: the vendor’s own sale price, or how much cheaper per mg a product is than the average of the vendors on this page.
